Where we ship

Plush Queen currently ships within Australia only. We hope to open international shipping in future — if you're overseas and have your eye on something, feel free to email us at hello@plushqueen.com.au and we'll let you know when we can help.

Processing time

Every order is packed with care — many of our items are pre-loved or one-of-a-kind, and we take the time to protect them properly for their journey. Orders are usually dispatched within 2–6 business days of being placed. During busy periods this may take a little longer, and we'll always let you know if there's a delay.

Shipping options and rates

We send all orders with Australia Post, and offer two options at checkout:

Standard Post — delivery approximately 2–6 business days
Express Post — delivery approximately 1–3 business days

Shipping is calculated by parcel weight, so the exact cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery estimates are Australia Post's own and aren't guaranteed — actual times can vary depending on your location and the carrier's network.

Tracking

Once your order is on its way, we'll email you tracking details so you can follow it to your door.

Delays and delivery issues

Delivery times are estimates only. We're not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or events outside our control, but if something seems to have gone astray, please contact us at hello@plushqueen.com.au and we'll do everything we can to help track it down.

If your item arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us straight away — see our Refund & Returns Policy for how we'll make it right, and for your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to redirect a parcel once it's been sent, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may incur a re-postage fee.
